Building Compliance and Certificates of Insurance
Most apartment buildings in Greater Boston require a Certificate of Insurance filed before move day, sometimes with very specific wording. Our office handles the paperwork directly with your property management or building management company, so you are not stuck chasing forms the day before your move. We also coordinate freight elevator reservations, time windows, and any move-in fees the building requires.

Apartment Packing and DisassemblyOur crews can pack the entire apartment, focus on the kitchen and fragile items, or simply handle the disassembly of beds, desks, dining tables, and shelving units. For renters going from a furnished to an unfurnished space, or moving into a smaller apartment after a roommate change, we tailor the service to what the move actually requires.

Loading, Stairs, and Walkup Handling
Walkups make up a significant share of our apartment work, especially across Cambridge, Arlington, and the denser pockets of Lexington and Belmont. We plan extra hands for upper-floor jobs, bring padding for narrow stairwells, and pre-route any oversized pieces during the walkthrough so nothing gets stuck at a tight landing. Transport and Delivery
Trucks are loaded in reverse unload order, padded and strapped for transit, and driven directly to the new building. At delivery, our crew places each item in the room you specify, reassembles anything we disassembled, and removes packing debris.
